Preparation and Safety

Microwave

Before heating: Remove all packaging. Break the 100g bar into pieces in a microwaveable dish.

During heating: Heat for 1min, remove and stir then repeat in 10 second bursts until smooth and melted.

All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only

Microwave on full power: 800w 1min/ 900w 30 secs

To Heat on the hob

Before heating: Remove all packaging. Break the 100g bar into pieces and place into a dry bowl over a saucepan of simmering water for 4 minutes until smooth and melted.

During heating: Stir occasionally. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. If chocolate is melted and then allowed to harden a greyish white 'bloom' may appear on the surface. This in no way harms the product and will disappear on melting.
