Preparation and Safety
Microwave.
Before heating: Break 100 g into pieces in a microwaveable dish.
During heating: CAT E 800 w - Heat for 30 seconds, remove and stir then reapeat in 10 seconds bursts until smooth. Cat D 700 W - heat for 1 minute, remove and stir then repeat in 20 second bursts until smooth. All appliances vary. This is a guide only.

To heat on the hob.
Before heating: Break 100 g into pieces and place in a dry bowl over a saucepan of simmering water for 4 minutes or until smooth.
During heating: Stir occasionally. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. All appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. If chocolate is melted and then allowed to harden, a greyish white 'bloom' may appear on the surface. This in no way harms the product and will disappear on melting.
