Garofalo Gluten Free pasta is not produced in its factory in Gragnano because of the risk of contamination with pasta containing wheat. Our gluten free pasta is bronze drawn to obtain a rough surface to the pasta for the sauce to grip the pasta.
In 2013 we launched with 5 pasta shapes chosen because they worked well with the recipe, now there are 11 gluten free pasta shapes in our range, giving great choice as well as taste!Manufacturer
